Region Championships
Being a member of Mosman Athletics provides athletes with the opportunity to compete at championship events hosted by NSW Athletics.
Region Championships
Date: 6 to 8 February 2026
Location: Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre, Homebush
Selection criteria: Athletes are selected to attend this event based on their performance at the Zone Championships. Note that only athletes 8s and above can progress to Region Championships.
Regions with three zones will have four automatic places progress; regions with four zones will have three automatic places progress; and regions with two zones will have six automatic places progress through to their respective regions. Then a maximum of four next best qualifiers from each region will also be taken through to the respective regions. Making a total of up to 16 athletes in each event at each region.
