Senior Athlete Program
Our Senior Athletes Program is held on Monday evenings for athletes 15s to U20, Opens, Masters and Community Members.
This program is event-based training for those who wish to learn or improve athletic skills and exercise in a relaxed group environment. Our professional coaches provide training suitable for all participants’ skill levels, from beginners to State and National level athletes.
These nights are a fun way for athletes to put their skills into practice, strive to achieve their personal best in individual events, and compete against their peers at a Competition Night if they wish.
What
Training events offered on Mondays include sprints, middle and long distance, long jump, high jump, discus and shot put. Other events such as hurdles, triple jump, and javelin may be offered based on interest.
Senior athletes use the Event Selection form provided with their registration confirmation email to select their preferred event for training. They may also indicate interest in other events. Events must be selected before training commences.
