Winter Training Program – Mosman Little Athletics

Winter Training Program

While Little Athletics is typically a summer activity, we also offer training for athletes over winter. This is a great chance to train with our coaches in smaller groups, develop skills for activities like cross country and school athletics carnivals, and to stay fit and active over the cooler months. Events include cross country and athletics events like sprints, long jump, high jump and throws.

Groups in the Cross Country program will rotate between distance, hills, and interval training.

You do not have to be a member of Mosman Little Athletics to attend.

Where and when

All training is held at Balmoral Oval.

Term 3 Dates: 22^nd July to 23^rd September 2024 (inclusive)

Mondays, 4.15pm – 5.30pm.

Cost

$200 for the 10 weeks of Term 3 training.
