While Little Athletics is typically a summer activity, we also offer training for athletes over winter. This is a great chance to train with our coaches in smaller groups, develop skills for activities like cross country and school athletics carnivals, and to stay fit and active over the cooler months. Events include cross country, middle distance, sprints and high jump.

All training is held at Balmoral Oval over winter, between May and August.
Mondays, 4.15pm – 5.30pm.
