Registrations are now open for our Winter Training Program. The program will run for seven weeks (excluding Queen’s Birthday public holiday June 13).
MLA’s winter program is a great way to maintain fitness for winter sports and to improve skills in athletic events in readiness for school carnivals.
All are welcome, please forward onto any friends who are not MLA members.
We are offering:
1. Cross Country for age groups U8 to U17
2. Athletic events for age groups U9 to U17
o High Jump (U10+)
o Long Jump
Each group in the Cross Country program will rotate between distance, hills, and interval training.
